Fruity Punch 1950's Inspired Makeup Tutorial

This is one of my new favorite make up looks. Dark black eyeliner reminiscent of the 1950's or 1960's, and bright fuchsia lips. Perfection.

Here are the steps I take to achieve this look:
These are the make up products I use to do this look, but most of it's pretty optional - just do your foundation the way you normally do.

1. After applying your foundation in your favorite way, put on some nude eyeshadow on top of your eye primer  2. Line your lids thickly with liquid eyeliner. It should be thinner toward the inner corners and gradually thicken toward the outer corners.  3. Then mascara (one of my favorite parts!)  4. Put on your lipstick (which is another of my favorite parts)! (I like to put some Aquafora lotion under my lipstick to help my chap lips since I find that bright lipstick tends to accentuate chap lips, and then some foundation + powder to help get a truer color, but I should probably get a proper lip primer) And you're done!

Thank you to Amber Rose for the inspiration behind this look. I love it so much (even more so with the darker hair color I have now), and I really hope you guys like it as much!

  2. 99 and Mrs. Peel would be proud. Now all you need is the dresses.

I wish I could pull of the fuschia lip. I've been looking for the perfect shade of pink for ages.
