When in Nashville Wear Florals

This is what I wore last Thursday to visit the Parthenon in Nashville. I'm sorry it's taking me so long to get pictures up, but I'm spending most of my time with my big sister and her mom.

The Parthenon was a lot of fun. My big sister especially liked it, since she's a total history geek. *grins* But it was really fun to see what it might have looked like after it was completed, and to learn about all the figures on top of it.

And this little guy I'm holding goes by the name "Jarvis." He is my big sister's father's GPS. He let us borrow it so we won't get lost and we named him Jarvis, fed him lunch, and took him to try on shoes - among other things. This is what happens when you put two bored girls in the car for a week. We've even started arguing with him, and Mrs. Knisley and I have been heard to call him terms of endearment once or twice. *winks*

Sail Away

Yesterday we turned off the main highway to visit a "brown sign" location. My big sister Heather loves the historic locations so we stopped at a historic lake to get some pictures. I took a bunch more of the two of us, but I haven't finished editing them yet. *winks*

My big sister got me the bowler hat, and I bought the shoes for myself a couple weeks ago. I really love how they look together. <3

Pictures from My Weekend

As I think you all know by now, I'm on a two week trip with my big sister. I spent the weekend with her and her family in Wyoming. Here are some pictures from my week end:

Pretty rainbow <3

We got to visit this cool little store by this dam. There was this really cool tower we went up to look at the view. It was really cool.

After that we went on to this cute little town. There were some really pretty shops and it was fun to look at all the old fashioned buildings. Unfortunately we couldn't stay long, however, because it was cold.

Some cute little nick-nacks in one of the shops.

All the rocks were so different from what I'm used to in Illinois!

Water mil in the town

On the way home we saw some elk. Since I was in the backseat William took these pictures with my camera. I think he'll make a good wildlife photographer - especially if he always has such obliging animals to work with.

Then on Sunday we visited Heather's cousins and played cards - well, mostly I watched. It was really fun watching everyone be crazy. *winks*

All in all it was a great week end. I had a ton of fun, and I really want to visit them all again sometime. What did you all do this week end?

Inside the shop Heather, her brother William and I were playing with the magnetic rocks. We build a big tower. *grins*
