There'll be So Many Flowers Come Spring // Daily Outfit

{blouse//ModCloth :: jeans//Old Navy :: belt//thrifted  :: boots//DSW :: jacket//TopShop :: necklace//Target}

This is one of my favorite outfits, even if I'm not in love with the photos (except that last one - that one turned out lovely.) I'm still learning how to use my mom's DLSR camera, but it's worth it since I'm learning so much about photography with this thing.

Also, in case you missed it I'm hosting another ModCloth gift card giveaway on Miss Indie's blog; also, I posted the winner of the $15 ModCloth Gift card.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend! I'm hoping to do get a couple recipe posts ready, work on some photography and (hopefully!) start the Secret Garden for the fifth time! It's my favorite book ever, and with spring heading along on it's way I feel like I really aught to go visit my dear friends, Mary, Dickon and Collin again. Have any of you seen the 1996 adaption with Maggie Smith (aka Professor McGonagall)? It's my favorite. ♥

  1. Is it just coincidence that your top matches your blog background?! Too cute!
    I am always a fan of toughening up girlier pieces. It's such a cool look!

    I think I started reading the Secret Garden when I was a kid. But I never did finish it because I'm not much of a reader. haha Oops!

    1. Haha! It is, and it sorta isn't a coincidence. I'm extremely consistant. Once I like something I generally like it for like, ever, and want to nothing but that. It's funny, but until I put up this template I didn't realize how many of my clothes match it! Lol!

      If you're not much of a reader than I highly recommend watching the movie, or listening to an audio book of the Secret Garden. It's just such a good, sweet story! <3

  2. Cool jacket. All you need is the motorcycle. I'd take you for a ride on my brother's when you come, but then we'd both die and that would like, be totally, uncool. So, we won't do that. BUT if you want to ride one, you can. Not on the road mind you. But, you know.
    Moving on...
    Very cool outfit. I'd say Aeropilot, but, not quiet. I like your boots. I'm going to touch them!

    And now I need to go eat something less sugary.

    A Bit Unlikely,
    Jack

  3. I definitely am secretly in love with that jacket, it's amazing and you are totally rocking it. The Secret Garden was one of my favorites when I was younger - such an amazing book!
