Tuesday night there was a blizzard. When I woke up everything was covered in the a thick down blanket of snow - over a foot deep. The street was indistinguishable from the rest of the land, and it took my dad hours to snow blow our long drive way.

My little sister and his little sister and a girl from down the street and he and I all hung out at his house playing Apples-to-Apples and eating cake. I loved this outfit - it is so comfortable, which was perfect since I was exhausted that day.

This is why I love February - after all the cold, darkness of January, the very first signs of spring start to apear.

  4. Hello Katie!

Thank you for your wonderful comment! It was really inspiring. :) It's so good to hear that you enjoyed my posts!

I do plan on blogging again in the future. Right now I'm in my last semester of college and have been SUPER busy. I haven't stopped taking pictures though! I have the material to blog about, but I just don't have the time to put into it at the moment. Keep checking in though! I'm trying to get myself back on track with it.

  8. I love how you're wearing your sweater over the dress. You're right about February; even though it snowed all day yesterday, the days are getting longer and this weekend it's supposed to be 58 degrees. I can't wait!

  10. the dress looks really cute on you and I love your boots.

I've never seen Horse Masters. I have seen Darby O'Gill and the Little People though which Janet Munro was also in and I watched a lot as a child too. I'll look into Horse Masters now too! . . just looked it up and it is only available for out of print vhs. . .I hope they put it on dvd. I think I might have seen it before when I was little. I recognize the cover and used to watch all the old Annette Funicello movies as a kid.
