Is it odd for an eighteen year old girl to be lovin' the Cars soundtrack? I certainly hope not - but then, I've never exactly been normal...
I blame my love of it on my affinity for old cars and country-ish things, my love of Route 66 (I am going to travel it someday!) and the 1950's, rockabilly vibe of Radiator Springs. I've loved the 1950's since I was a little girl watching White Christmas. I love the full skirts, dreamy cars, bold lipstick, sheer sweetheart necklines, and even some of the music. In fact, if I could dance to Sh-Boom with my husband on our wedding day I would be one happy lady. ♥
I love the songs from the Cars soundtrack! And I'm 26! I have a bunch of them on a cd that is constantly playing in my car - I tell people it's for my five year old son, but I love it just as much as he does!
