Winter has been grinding on my nerves lately, and I'm longing for summer! I'm tired of worrying about coordinating my dress, cardigan, tights, and shoes, and can't wait till the day when I just throw on a dress + shoes and maybe a light jacket or sweater! So I've been doing the only sensible thing I can do: looking online at all the lovely dresses I'd love to have for the coming months!

Summer Book List

When I was little my absolute favorite summer past-time was reading. I would devour book after book after book - starting all the way back when I was reading Mouse Soup and Frog and Toad. Lately, however, I've found myself reading less and less. I want to get back into it again, so I sat down and wrote a list of 10 books I want to read this summer. How funny that they were all written before 1920! Hehe. What can I say? I love 19th and early, early 20th century literature! Blame the home shcooler in me. ;)

Summer Plans

Lately I've been obsessed with lists. I have a little pink notebook that I carry around with me to jot down everything I need/want to get done - and since I have such high hopes for this summer, I just couldn't help making a goal list for this summer. It's so rewarding to check each thing off! Hopefully I'll be able to share at least some of these here on the blog as I work through them. ♥
